Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (Secret Recipe club: March 2014 Reveal)

When I started my blog 2years ago – I had no idea how many other recipe blogs were actually out there…. and over the course of this journey… I have not only found loads of other fabulous blogs… but I also found out about the SECRET RECIPE CLUBa concept whereby fellow recipe bloggers are allocated the task of re-creating a recipe from another blogger …with a set “REVEAL” day…. to ensure that all members per group publish their blog post at the same time. An absolutely fantastic way of showcasing other bloggers…. and getting to know each other! Woohoo!

I was lucky to get the fabulous Tasty Gardener who has turned her hobby of gardening & cooking into a wonderful blog, with step-by-step recipe photographic explanations…. as well as an extensive plant encyclopedia for those whose talents extend past the kitchen!!!

After scouring her recipe index (which was extensive!!! From Appetizers, sauces, breakfast, breads, desserts, meats, etc to cocktails!) and finally settled upon her Chocolate Chip Banana Bread recipe… which proved to be super simple but uber delicious!! (Especially that slice that I ate at 10pm at night just as it had come out of the oven! :))
